Indy 500- Has a 2.5 mile oval circuit which is located in Indianapolis. It is one of the most oldest and important automobile races. You can get tickets and see cars race there, founded in 1911.
Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum- You can see the most amazing race cars and awards to people who have managed lots of achievements. It is a great place to see and has a lot of history, founded in 1956.
Indianapolis children’s museum- A great place for kids to learn about lots of topics in fun ways, founded in 1925. It has a collection of nearly 120,000 artifacts and has about 1.2 million annual attendance. You can go see the largest children’s museum in the world that is also a non-profit institution.
Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore- Has lands within three counties and 15 towns and cities, and is home to the famous (or infamous depending on how you think about it) M.T. Baldy! It is a great place to go, like a beach!
Indianapolis Zoo- It was located in White River State Park since 1988 and opened in 1964. This zoo has about 230 species of animals and about 2,000 species of plants in simulated habitats. There are dolphin shows and lots of amazing animals to see.
Brown County State Park- Has about 16,000 acres of hills, ravines, and ridges. It has lots of trails to hike on and is nicknamed “Little Smokies.” It is a great place to visit and has many trees to see in the fall.
